Cornerstone Building Brands

With co-counsel from Labaton Sucharow, Block & Leviton was selected by the Court as co-lead counsel in this certified class action brought on behalf of former stockholders of Cornerstone Building Brands. The action challenges the fairness of the sale of Cornerstone to its controlling stockholder, Clayton, Dubilier & Rice ("CD&R"). The case is pending in front of Vice Chancellor J. Travis Laster of the Delaware Court of Chancery.
