On June 10, 2024, Comtech Telecommunications Corp. announced a further delay to issuing its financial results, which it attributed to efforts to refinance its credit facility. Block & Leviton is investigating the company, which has been using aggressive accounting procedures, including the use of so-called “unbridled receivables.” Investors who have lost money may be able to recover their losses.
