Shares of iLearningEngines are down 55% following the release of a Hindenburg Research report on the firm's accounting practices and corporate governance practices. Hindenburg alleges that "the majority of iLearningEngines’ revenue doesn’t exist, and that its relationship with the mystery 'Technology Partner' is merely a conduit for falsifying its financials."
