A lawsuit was filed accusing iLearning Engines of using an undisclosed related party relationship with a "Technology Partner" to report largely fake revenue and expenses, including over $137 million in revenue from the Indian Market in 2022. iLearning Engines went public through a de-SPAC in April 2024, and shares lost over 50% of their value on August 29, 2024 following a report issued by reputed short-seller Hindenburg Research.
